We all have our good days and bad days. We either do something outstanding or just hang on until our days get better. This describes biorhythms, or in simple terms, defined as Living Cycles. However, it is more than a definition. It has other names depending on a person’s background or attitude. Some people know this science as Circadian, others know it as Periodicity. Regardless as to the name one wishes to use, all are living rhythms, and all deal with recurring cycles in the physiological function of an organism—humans, animals, plants. In this Community Ed program, you will be introduced to the cyclic patterns of a person’s Physical, Emotional, and Mental activities. After the first introductory class, you will be shown how to calculate and check your own Biorythm. If you are familiar with the statement, “Today is not my day!” you are dancing with Living Cycles!
