Classes dealing with Health & Fitness
 
Come be a part of this highly motivating, high energy class that offers a variety of aerobic activities including low impact aerobics, step aerobics, cardio, kickboxing, strength training, Pilates,and yoga. Those just beginning to exercise and those who areadvanced are all welcome to join in at your own pace to have fun and be fit for life! Bring a towel or mat and let us furnish all other equipment.
